Job Description

This isn't a standard sales role and it isn't a standard growth role. It's a mix of both. You're the quarterback for growth here. Some deals you close yourself. Some you get other people in a position to close. Either way you're the one organizing it and leading it.

We have monthly targets for new restaurants and hitting them is your job. Restaurants find us seven or eight different ways, and today those run as separate pipelines with separate follow-ups. You pull all of it into one system you work every day, so you know at any point whether we're on pace and what to do if we're not.

The part that makes this different from a normal sales job: the biggest thing you'll do here isn't a deal you closed yourself. It's building the programs and training that turn other people into people who can close.

What you'll own

Our growth goals. We have monthly targets for new restaurants. Hitting them is your job. You should know at any point whether we're on pace, and if we're not, you're the one who fixes it.

The funnels. Restaurants come to us seven or eight different ways, and today those run as separate pipelines. You pull them into one system that is actionable.

Closing. You'll sell, or help figure out who needs to get closed.

Getting other people to close. You'll create a program and training that teaches other people how to close.

The relationships. Owners, distributors, partners. One happy owner sends us more business than any ad we could run.

What we're looking for

Required

  • 3+ years owning a number. Sales, partnerships, business development, or an ops or finance background with real sales experience
  • Able to drive regularly
  • You've closed deals yourself, without a big brand name doing the work for you
  • You build systems.
  • Willing to build your own tools. You don't need to code, but you should be the type to put something together with AI tools instead of waiting on engineering
  • Good with small business owners. This isn't enterprise software. The person across from you is busy and has a lot going on
  • Based in Orange County / willing to relocate and able to work onsite, with regular travel
  • This isn't a 9-to-5

Nice to have

  • Vibe coding. You've built something that worked with Replit, Claude Code, Codex, Lovable, Cursor, or similar
  • You've taught someone else to sell. Wrote the script, onboarded a rep, ran a partner channel
  • Restaurant industry or creator economy experience
  • High volume experience. This is a lot of deals, not a few big ones
  • A second language. Very useful here
