Eligible first-time subscribers can start with a 14-day free trial. Returning subscribers may be billed immediately; Stripe checkout shows the exact trial and renewal terms before confirmation.

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep your existing access until then.

First-time Pro subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their first payment by emailing support@prismcv.com. Other refund requests are reviewed case by case.

Prices on this page are listed in USD. Where we are required to collect sales tax, VAT, or GST, any applicable tax will be shown before you pay.

When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your billing period. After that, your account moves back to Free with the Free-tier limits. Your resumes, applications, and history stay in your account so you can return anytime. If you delete your account, account content is deleted; limited email-suppression and de-identified operational records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

TLS protects data in transit, passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and stored integration credentials are encrypted. We never sell your personal information, and we share it only with the service providers needed to run PrismCV (payment processing, email delivery, and AI processing), as described in our Privacy Policy.

Applicant tracking systems help employers collect, organize, and search applications. PrismCV checks formatting, structure, parseability, and job-relevant terms. Its score is a diagnostic aid, not a prediction that a recruiter or employer will advance an application.

AI suggestions analyze your resume bullet points and recommend rewrites that add quantification, stronger action verbs, and missing keywords. You can accept, reject, or modify each suggestion before applying it.

Yes. Export your resumes as PDF or DOCX anytime — your data is always yours. You can also delete your account from Settings. Account content is deleted; limited email-suppression and de-identified operational records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
