PrismCV started because I got tired of the resume black hole. I'd spend hours tailoring applications only to hear nothing back. When I learned that most resumes are filtered out by ATS software before a human ever reads them, I wanted a tool that showed me exactly what those systems see — and how to fix it.

Nothing on the market was honest about what ATS actually does. Most “ATS checkers” give you a magic score with no real explanation. PrismCV shows you the parse test (what an ATS extracts), keyword gaps against real job descriptions, and AI-powered rewrites — so you fix the right things, not cosmetic stuff.

I'm Wyatt Fleming, a Technical Product Manager based in Aliso Viejo, CA. I build products at the intersection of AI and practical tooling.
