Job Description

Location: Paris, France. We value working in person, and we stay flexible. Frequent trips to San Francisco!

Language: English is required. You do not need to speak French.

The role

Our research brings customers to us today, but we haven’t yet built a repeatable way to find the next ones. You own that: you build our go-to-market function, in marketing and in sales, because the two go together for us.

It starts with what we publish. You turn our studies into content, you run the campaigns that share it, and you work with our applied research engineer to make each study a lead magnet.

From there, you build the pipeline. You automate as much of it as you can, you do the outreach yourself, and you run the first calls and discovery meetings. You work on deals with the founders, and as you ramp up, you take them through to closing.

Agent Experience is a new category, so the way you explain it will shape how the market understands it.

What you will do

Marketing:

  • Find & write the story in each study that developers will want to share.
  • Test the channels, keep the ones that work and learn through iterations.

Sales:

  • Build the automations that find, qualify and reach the right prospects.
  • Own the outreach and keep a clear view of what converts.
  • Run first calls and discovery meetings. Close deals with the founders as you ramp up.
  • Help us iterate on our value prop.

Who we look for

  • You have a tech-savvy business profile, and new grads are welcome.
  • You automate your own work through coding agents: you split the work, guide the agents and understand what they produce, and this is the skill we value most.
  • You like to write, and you can explain a technical finding to developers.
  • You’re not scared of the hard part of the job: cold outreach, rejection and follow-ups.
  • You can lead a discovery meeting, and you want to learn fast.
  • You have high agency: you choose the channels and the tools, and you own the result.

Not a fit if

  • You expect a playbook and a list of leads on day one.
  • You want to manage a team before you have sold.
  • You want to do only marketing or only sales.
  • You prefer to do by hand what you could automate.
