Founding GTM

Lambda Robotics builds robots for data-center operations and maintenance. We’re hiring our first GTM team member to turn customer interest and early pilots into commercial deployments.

You will:

• Own outreach, discovery, pilots, sales, and expansion
• Work onsite with customers to identify valuable workflows
• Translate operational problems into product requirements
• Develop our positioning, pricing, partnerships, and sales playbook

You should be technical, highly resourceful, and comfortable selling an evolving product. Experience in AI neocloud, data centers, robotics, industrial automation, or enterprise hardware is preferred.
