About the Role

We are seeking experienced Krita Specialists to contribute to an AI training project. In this role, you will use Krita to perform real-world digital illustration and design tasks and explain your workflows step by step. Your expertise will help enhance AI systems' understanding of digital art, illustration, and creative design techniques.

Scope of Work

1. Create and edit digital illustrations and artwork using Krita.
2. Work on digital painting, character design, and concept art.
3. Utilize brushes, layers, masks, and color management tools.
4. Create and refine 2D animations and visual assets.
5. Complete advanced Krita tasks and document your workflows step by step.
6. Create clear instructions and detailed prompts for digital art workflows.

Requirements

1. Strong professional hands-on experience with Krita.
2. Experience in digital painting, illustration, and concept art.
3. Good understanding of brushes, layers, masks, and digital art techniques.
4. Ability to create high-quality digital artwork and visual assets.
5. Access to Krita and the ability to record your screen while completing tasks.
6. English proficiency of B2 level or higher.
7. Ability to clearly communicate and explain creative workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

1. A portfolio showcasing digital illustration or concept art projects.
2. A relevant master's degree or PhD in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
3. Previous Human Data experience, such as data annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.
4. Experience with character design, 2D animation, or game art.
5. Professional experience in digital illustration or graphic design.
