ZEDER is an Australian-owned automotive powerhouse behind globally recognised brands including Fulcrum Suspensions, SuperPro, Formula4x4, Whiteline, and Nolathane. For over four decades we've pioneered the suspension aftermarket industry worldwide, and now we're looking for an SEO Lead to drive organic growth across all our brands and markets.

THE ROLE

You'll hold global accountability for organic revenue and traffic growth across all Zeder brands and regions (Australia, USA, UK, and Europe). Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you'll own the SEO and AI Search strategy end-to-end and lead a talented team to deliver it. It's a hands-on leadership role: you'll manage and mentor your specialists while still getting stuck into the work yourself.

What You'll Do

• Own the SEO and AI Search strategy across all brands, websites, and markets.
• Build and drive the organic growth roadmap covering technical SEO, on-page, content, and authority-building.
• Lead AI Search and GEO readiness so our brands get found and cited across AI Overviews and LLM-driven search.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the SEO team, while executing high-priority work alongside them.
• Prioritise by commercial value, own performance reporting, and align stakeholders behind a clear plan.
  
  
  

Skills and Experiences:

About You

• 5+ years of SEO experience (7+ preferred), ideally across multi-site, multi-region e-commerce.
• Proven experience managing and developing a team.
• Hands-on experience driving visibility in AI Search (AI Overviews, Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and beyond).
• Strong technical SEO foundations and a track record of measurable organic growth.
• Confident with GA4, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs or SEMrush.
• Are legally entitled to work in Australia.
• Bonus points for automotive aftermarket experience and familiarity with Magento/Adobe Commerce.
