What You Will Do
- Identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume Search, and other sourcing platforms.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for open positions across tax specific roles.
- Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct targeted searches using keywords, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques to identify talent.
- Review candidate profiles to assess experience and alignment with open roles.
- Reach out to prospective candidates with clear, engaging, and personalized messaging.
- Track candidate activity, outreach, and pipeline progress accurately in our ATS or CRM.
- Stay organized across multiple searches and prioritize recruiting activity based on business needs.
- Research talent markets and identify new sourcing channels and strategies to improve candidate pipelines.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through timely, professional, and thoughtful communication.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related talent acquisition role.
- Must live and be legally authorized to work within the US.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume Search.
- Comfortable working with an ATS or CRM to track candidates, outreach, and pipeline activity.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and recruiting partners.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches and priorities at once.
- Curious and resourceful, with a proactive approach to finding and engaging talent.
- Preferred experience sourcing for tax, accounting, finance, or other professional services roles.
