Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our growing Sales team at Ethena — an AI platform that’s revolutionizing the Compliance space.
Virtually every company needs compliance training and tools, but most are still using clunky legacy providers that just barely check the box. Ethena is disrupting the space with a truly innovative AI-native platform – as an AE on our team, you’ll be on the front lines of this paradigm shift, partnering with customers to take their compliance programs further than they previously thought possible.
As an Account Executive at Ethena, you’ll manage the sales process end to end to acquire new business and create strong Ethena customer champions. Your curiosity, communication and relationship building skills, and disciplined pipeline management and deal stage rigor will help you drive deals forward and get wins on the board.

You may notice that we have an HQ in Brooklyn, but our workforce is fully remote and your personal working hours can be based on your own timezone. All team-wide meetings are scheduled to be inclusive of all U.S. time zones.
