Senior Human Factors Researcher, Design Research

WHOOP Labs is the research and hardware validation arm of WHOOP, focused on conducting user research to validate next-generation features, experiences, and technology.

WHOOP is hiring a Senior Human Factors Researcher, Design Research to lead end-to-end research initiatives focused on physical product interactions and usability. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams across Industrial Design, Engineering, Product, and Research to inform product strategy and validate design decisions throughout the product development lifecycle. You will play a critical role in shaping intuitive, high-quality member experiences by translating human-centered insights into actionable recommendations for hardware and software products alike.

Candidates must be prepared to work in person at WHOOP Labs in Boston, MA five days per week.
