About Prescience

In a world with AGI, there are only three important problems: healthcare, entertainment, and compute. Healthcare remains the underresourced opportunity that is bound for a massive rewiring and disruption. It is also the most noble problem to work on. At Prescience, we are building the last healthcare company: a vertically-integrated healthcare system run by a medical superintelligence.

The Team

Our team has been conducting AI research since 2014 - from CNNs to RNNs to transformers. Is embedding LLMs into prior authorization software the best use of soon-to-be general intelligence on a cluster in Abilene? We do not believe so. We sit at the intersection of all three things this moment requires: the technical depth to build frontier AI, the clinical fluency to understand how healthcare actually works and to enter the room, and the ambition to own and direct $6T of healthcare spending to ensure Americans don't die.

The Role

• Machine Learning Research: pretraining new foundation models on interesting data to make new predictions about the world
• Applied ML: computer & browser use agents, infrastructure and automation, context management, tool use
• Software Engineering: Search, Retrieval, Vector Systems & Data Infrastructure; Evals; Backend Systems & Workflow Architecture; Infrastructure, Cloud Platform & Reliability
