Liva AI is a multimodal data company. Our mission is to help build more inclusive and emotionally intelligent AI that can interact with people more naturally.

We're hiring a Founding Growth Lead to own growth from the ground up. You'll be responsible for finding creative, scalable ways to acquire users, make products spread organically, and build growth loops that compound over time. This is a highly experimental role where you'll constantly test new ideas across content, community, partnerships, product, and distribution.

We're looking for someone who obsesses over why products go viral, understands consumer behavior, and can combine creativity with rigorous experimentation to build sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own user acquisition and growth strategy across all channels
  • Design and run growth experiments with rapid iteration
  • Create viral campaigns, referral systems, and growth loops
  • Develop content strategies across social media and other distribution channels
  • Identify unconventional marketing opportunities and partnerships
  • Work closely with product to improve activation, retention, and engagement
  • Build systems to measure, analyze, and optimize growth

Requirements

  • Comfortable working 12 hours a day, 6 days a week
  • Strong understanding of consumer products and user psychology
  • Creative thinker who consistently comes up with unconventional growth ideas
  • Comfortable running experiments using data
  • Excellent execution skills with a bias toward shipping quickly
  • Strong interest in AI and consumer technology

Nice to Have

  • Able to work in-person San Francisco
  • Previously founded or helped build a consumer startup
  • Led growth at an early-stage startup
  • Experience growing consumer apps from 0 to significant scale
  • Experience with virality, referrals, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or community-led growth
  • Familiarity with content creation (TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Experience with paid acquisition, SEO, lifecycle marketing, or growth analytics
  • Coding, SQL, or automation experience
