Shield AI is hiring a Staff Paid Media Marketing Manager to drive execution, coordination, and operational integrity across paid media campaigns and website experiences. This role functions as a digital producer, responsible for translating strategy into structured plans, aligning resources, and ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time.

This is not a concepting or creative development role. It is focused on executional excellence, production systems, and managing the flow of work across campaigns and digital surfaces. You’ll work closely with one of the strongest in-house creative teams, helping translate high-quality ideas into fully realized campaigns across paid media and digital touchpoints.

You have a process-oriented, systems mindset. You enjoy building structure, improving workflows, and leveraging automation and AI to make systems more efficient over time.
