Senior People Partner (Pharmacy)

As the Senior People Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic people initiatives and day-to-day HR support for our Pharmacy teams. This role reports into the People team and serves as the primary People Partner to the Chief Pharmacy and Logistics Officer and their leadership team, helping align business goals with talent strategies.

Acting as a trusted and collaborative advisor, you will build strong relationships across functions, bring sound judgment to complex employee matters, and ensure alignment with broader People team programs and policies. You will champion high performance and engagement, and help leaders navigate organizational change and employee relations with clarity, consistency and pragmatism. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring thoughtful partnership to leaders at all levels, and approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset that builds trust and drives progress. 

This role is embedded onsite, with its primary location at our Romeoville, IL facility, and requires regular travel to other pharmacy sites, including Florida and California. This role requires consistent onsite presence during core business hours to effectively support a fully in-person workforce.
