Why we need you

We are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) to strengthen our Consulting Practice.

In your role as Consultant (m/f/d), you will work in a team of Scrum Masters, other Consultants, developers and QA, and support less experienced Consultants in their development through mentoring.

This position can be performed remotely, in a hybrid setup, or from home and at one of our office locations in Mannheim, Saarbrücken or Berlin.

Your responsibilities:

• As part of the Consultancy Practice, you work with Business Analysts, developers and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) on client projects across the entire project cycle (initiation, concept, analysis, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• You take part in client meetings to analyze client needs and define the requirements for implementation projects (Salesforce technology)
• Based on information from other teams, you create functional and data-based models and structured project plans using agile working methods
• You continuously assess the feasibility of requirements and estimate potential risks
• You work in an agile team on several projects at the same time
• You act as the link to the Architecture Practice (developers and Technical Architects) and coordinate them in the implementation of the project plan
• You take part in regular team and client meetings in which project status and next steps are discussed
• You support our juniors in their development through our mentoring program

Requirements:

• You already have at least 4+ years of experience in the Salesforce or CRM environment as a Business Analyst, Consultant or Project Manager
• You have experience with Salesforce, ideally in the area of Consumer Goods Cloud
• You have a strong affinity for digital and analytical topics and bring a solid understanding of processes
• You have knowledge of software architecture and interface technologies in cloud environments, including user acceptance testing management
• You are able to work in a varied international environment and communicate fluently (business-level) in German and English
• You have a customer-oriented and independent work ethic and know how to use your individual strengths effectively in a team
