To support our Chief Executive Officer, we are looking for a Head of Business Transformation (m/f/d) who will lead strategic transformation initiatives across the organization, further develop management systems and establish sustainable organizational improvements.

In this key position, you will work closely with the Executive Team and senior leaders across all business functions, playing an active role in shaping the future development of our group.

Aufgaben

As Head of Business Transformation, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving strategic transformation initiatives across our group of companies. You will work closely with our CEO and leaders from Finance, IT, HR, Sales and Operations to ensure that strategic initiatives are successfully implemented and sustainably embedded within the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and further developing company-wide transformation programs
• Supporting the CEO in strategic decision-making through in-depth analyses and business recommendations
• Designing and continuously improving management reporting, KPI and performance management systems
• Supporting the implementation and further development of Microsoft Business Central from a business perspective
• Developing a group-wide financial and reporting architecture together with Finance and IT
• Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for optimization and digitalization
• Managing cross-functional projects and ensuring their successful implementation
• Establishing governance structures, management frameworks and steering mechanisms to support sustainable business growth
• Preparing business cases, financial analyses, investment evaluations and scenario models
• Supporting M&A projects and post-merger integration activities
• Developing executive dashboards, performance indicators and decision-support tools for senior management
• Driving organizational change initiatives and supporting change management across the group

Qualifikation

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in Corporate Development, Business Transformation, Corporate Finance, Management Consulting or Performance Management
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and transformation programsStrong understanding of business management, financial performance and corporate controlling
• Experience working with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Business Central or comparable solutions
• Confident use of Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and structured way of thinking with excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently with senior management
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working styleVery good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
