About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedReal Estate Marketing Managerto support our real estate business with social media management, marketing systems, automation, client follow-ups, and customer experience.
The ideal candidate has experience in real estate marketing and is highly skilled inVault RE, particularly its systems, workflows, and automation features. This role requires someone who can manage marketing activities, streamline processes, maintain consistent client communication, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management (SMM):Plan, create, schedule, and manage social media content across relevant platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Systems and Automations:Manage and optimise Vault RE, including automated workflows, follow-up sequences, and lead management processes.
Client Follow-Ups:Ensure timely follow-ups with leads, prospects, and existing clients through the appropriate communication channels.
Customer Experience:Maintain professional and responsive communication, support client relationships, and ensure a smooth customer journey.
Lead Management:Monitor and organise incoming leads, track interactions, and ensure opportunities are followed up promptly.
Marketing Coordination:Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and ongoing initiatives to support business growth.
Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and increase operational efficiency.

Requirements
Proven experience in real estate marketing, preferably supporting an Australian real estate business.
Strong hands-on experience with Vault RE, including its automation and workflow features.
Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging marketing content.
Knowledge of CRM systems, lead management, and automated client follow-up processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote working environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proven experience in real estate marketing, preferably supporting an Australian real estate business.
