GTM & Content Marketing Intern

We're Lance, an AI-powered voice agent platform that automates hotel operations for modern hospitality teams. We work with hotel brands and property managers to handle guest communications, front desk workflows, and operations through natural language AI.

As a GTM & Content Marketing Intern, you'll help us tell that story through high-signal video content and LinkedIn. You'll work directly with the founder on distribution experiments, narrative, and brand.

What you'll do:

• Plan, script, and produce short-form video content (e.g. product walkthroughs, founder clips, customer stories) for LinkedIn and other social channels.
• Turn raw ideas, call snippets, and product updates into clear, compelling video narratives for hotel operators and startup audiences.
• Own our LinkedIn posting calendar: publish, iterate, and analyze what drives engagement with hotel GMs, owners, and industry partners.
• Repurpose videos into threads, carousels, and snippets for Lance's LinkedIn page and founder profile.
• Experiment with formats (talking head, screen-record, meme-style, voiceover) and continuously optimize hooks, titles, and thumbnails.
• Collaborate on GTM campaigns around launches, case studies, and conference appearances.

You're a great fit if:

• You have strong video content skills: you can storyboard, record, and edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar.
• You understand LinkedIn as a distribution channel and have opinions on what performs well for B2B/SaaS.
• You're comfortable turning loose, messy ideas into clean, punchy content with minimal oversight.
• You care about startups and are curious about AI, hotels, or hospitality tech.
• You bias toward action, enjoy rapid iteration, and are okay with testing and discarding ideas quickly.

Logistics:

• Internship (part-time, flexible hours), remote-friendly with preference for overlap with Pacific Time.
• You'll work directly with Caleb (founder) and have real ownership over our LinkedIn and video presence.
