The QMS & Process Auditor is responsible for assessing the effectiveness, compliance, and
maturity of Lucid AMP-2 business processes and Quality Management System (QMS)
against established requirements, industry standards, and organizational objectives. This
role serves as an independent auditor and process governance champion, ensuring the
implementation of a process-based approach, risk-based thinking, and continual
improvement across all AMP-2 functions.
The position works closely with process owners and cross-functional teams to evaluate
process performance, identify improvement opportunities, verify corrective actions,
support certification activities, and strengthen organizational compliance with ISO 9001
requirements, automotive best practices, and Lucid standards.
You will :
- Develop, maintain, and execute the AMP-2 Internal Audit Program covering all Quality
Management System processes and support functions. - Plan, conduct, and report process audits, system audits, compliance audits, and follow-up
audits. - Assess process effectiveness, compliance, and maturity against defined requirements,
procedures, standards, and objectives. - Evaluate process interactions, process ownership, and implementation of the Process
Approach throughout the organization. - Identify process gaps, nonconformities, risks, and improvement opportunities and
communicate findings to process owners and leadership. - Verify root cause analysis, corrective actions, and effectiveness of implemented
solutions. - Monitor audit action plans and escalate overdue or ineffective actions as required.
- Support risk assessment activities by evaluating process controls, risks, opportunities,
and mitigation measures. - Conduct gap assessments against ISO 9001 requirements, Lucid standards, and
applicable automotive requirements. - Support preparation and execution of external certification audits, surveillance audits,
customer audits, and compliance assessments. - Review Quality Management System documentation including SOPs, Work Instructions,
Forms, and Records to ensure compliance and traceability. - Evaluate implementation and effectiveness of document control, records management,
and change management processes. - Develop audit reports, compliance dashboards, and performance metrics to
communicate audit results and improvement opportunities. - Analyze audit trends and recurring findings to identify systemic risks and drive continual
improvement initiatives. - Support Management Review activities through audit performance reporting and
compliance analysis. - Maintain audit records and evidence in accordance with QMS requirements.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (MS-Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Outlook). - Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and auditing principles.
- Strong understanding of the Process Approach and process interaction auditing.
- Experience in process auditing, system auditing, and compliance assessments.
- Creative, energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and changing environment and scalable organization
- Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational
- Project management capabilities are a plus.
- Presentation and communication skills are a must.
- Ability to influence and coach cross-functional teams without direct authority.
You Bring :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering,
Quality Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Implementing Quality systems in a greenfield plant is a plus.
- ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 internal Auditor qualification is a must.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing organizations is a must.
- Experience with implementing, facilitating, or participating in the ISO 9001:2015 and/or
IATF 16949. - ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 internal auditor qualification is a must.
- Experience conducting process, system, and compliance audits
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 implementation and certification requirements.
- Knowledge of process mapping, SIPOC methodology, process performance
management, and risk assessment techniques. - Knowledge of Conformity of Production (CoP) requirements is a plus.
- Knowledge of dashboard development, data analysis, and performance reporting, with
the ability to develop and maintain KPIs, metrics, and management reports is a plus.
