As a Business Operations Manager at JFrog, you will…
- Lead strategic initiatives to optimize the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle, sales processes, pricing workflows, and revenue operations
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, and IS teams to design and implement scalable operational solutions
- Own business requirements, BRDs, user stories, process documentation, and UAT for Salesforce-related projects
- Drive Revenue Operations process improvements focused on productivity, automation, governance, and operational efficiency
- Manage cross-functional projects end-to-end, including prioritization, stakeholder alignment, execution, and rollout
- Identify operational bottlenecks and deliver data-driven solutions that improve revenue execution and sales productivity
To be a Business Operations Manager at JFrog, you need…
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Salesforce Product Management, or related roles
- Strong experience leading Revenue Operations projects and operational initiatives.
- Hands-on experience writing BRDs, process documentation, functional requirements, and user stories
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and revenue operations workflows, including Product Offering & Pricing
- Experience working with Salesforce ecosystems and collaborating with Salesforce Admins/Developers
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English - written and verbal
- Experience in SaaS or high-growth B2B environments
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and pricing tools/workflows
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- Understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue operations metrics
- Experience driving process transformation and change management initiatives
- Required experience leveraging AI tools for GTM (Go-to-Market) automation and operational optimization
