Job Description
The primary function is to support financial information analysis and reporting. The Business Process Automation Specialist I will prioritize identifying document automation opportunities and act as a liaison between different systems and the Operations team to ensure information accuracy. Additionally, they will be responsible for identifying and driving any modifications or maintenance of the automations, reporting, and/or analysis performed.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Analyze information from each business line to report on the current status in Mexico. Gather information from the Operations team regarding the current market, client, and operational status.
- Drive financial reporting and automation to evaluate the profitability of each business line (Power Query, AppsScript, Tableau, etc.)
- Work in close collaboration with the operations, finance, and Process Automation teams to develop continuous improvement opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed. Preferably in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or another related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Advanced English (Writing emails and preparing reports in English. Constant verbal and written communication with the Corporate, IT, and Finance teams).
- Excel: Advanced (Pivot tables, formulas, and charts. XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, PowerQuery preferred but not required).
- Financial analysis: (Forecasts, budgeting, or cross-team analysis discussions).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in finance or accounting.
- 1–5 years of experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Experience working with BI reporting tools or similar systems.
