With hundreds of thousands of devices already in the hands of customers, we're looking for an exceptional Head of Product to help define what comes next.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who is obsessed with AI, exceptional product experiences, and building things that millions of people will love.

You'll own the entire Pocket product experience — from the moment someone discovers and activates their device to how they interact with their personal knowledge, AI-powered features, and the broader AI ecosystem.

This isn't a role for someone who simply manages a roadmap.

We want a builder, thinker, and operator who can turn ambitious ideas into exceptional products.

You'll work directly with the founders and lead product development across hardware, mobile, desktop, AI, and integrations.

Your mission: Make Pocket one of the most loved and indispensable AI products in the world.

What You'll Own

End-to-End Product Experience

• Own the entire product lifecycle, from onboarding and activation to daily engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Make every interaction with Pocket feel intuitive, delightful, and genuinely useful.
• Continuously identify friction, improve product quality, and elevate the customer experience.
• Define and own product success metrics across activation, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and execute Pocket's product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Identify new opportunities enabled by capturing real-world conversations.
• Turn customer insights, emerging AI capabilities, and ambitious ideas into products people love.
• Make difficult prioritization decisions and ensure the team is focused on what matters most.

AI-Native Product Development

• Push the boundaries of what is possible with the latest AI models and technologies.
• Build AI-powered experiences that transform conversations into useful knowledge, actions, and personalized intelligence.
• Explore agents, proactive assistants, personal memory, contextual intelligence, and entirely new product categories.
• Experiment rapidly with emerging AI capabilities and bring the best ideas into production.

AI Ecosystem & Integrations

• Make Pocket deeply connected to the broader AI ecosystem.
• Build integrations with the tools, platforms, and workflows our customers already use.
• Explore APIs, MCP, agents, and new ways to make captured knowledge actionable.
• Turn Pocket into a powerful source of real-world context for AI applications.

Product Execution & Leadership

• Own and oversee every major product initiative across the company.
• Work closely with engineering, design, growth, and operations to deliver exceptional products.
• Drive projects from concept to launch, with clear ownership, priorities, and accountability.
• Establish a culture of rapid experimentation, high standards, and continuous improvement.
• Stay extremely close to customers, their feedback, and how they actually use Pocket.

• You've built and shipped exceptional consumer products that people genuinely love.
• You have strong product intuition and an exceptional eye for design and user experience.
• You're deeply passionate about AI and actively experiment with new models, tools, and capabilities.
• You think from first principles and challenge conventional product assumptions.
• You combine ambitious long-term thinking with relentless day-to-day execution.
• You're highly analytical and comfortable making decisions using both data and intuition.
• You thrive in fast-moving environments with high ownership and little bureaucracy.
• You can work directly with engineers and designers, challenge ideas, and drive decisions.
• You care about the smallest product details while understanding the bigger picture.
• You're a builder at heart, not a process manager.

Bonus points if you've:

• Built a product from 0 to 1 and successfully scaled it.
• Worked at a world-class consumer technology or AI company.
• Built products involving LLMs, AI agents, personal knowledge, or developer ecosystems.
• Worked across both hardware and software experiences.
• Founded a company or operated as an early product leader at a high-growth startup.
