Bravi was founded by [Anas](https://www.linkedin.com/in/anas-bouassami/) (EPFL / UC Berkeley) and [Pierre-Habté](https://www.linkedin.com/in/pierre-habte-nouvellon/) (Supaero / UC Berkeley), former co-founders of Snipfeed (a creator platform they scaled and successfully exited).
Bravi is the next chapter in a 9-year journey of building together, this time focused on empowering the industries that keep the world running.
## The Role
We're looking for an Account Manager to own the relationship with our clients — from onboarding to long-term success.
Our clients are manufacturers, distributors, and installers who rely on Bravi's AI agents every single day to handle their calls, capture their leads, and support their teams. You're the person who makes sure it works, keeps working, and delivers real value — so they stay, expand, and recommend us.
You'll work with clients on both sides of the Atlantic: French companies and, increasingly, US ones. That's why this role requires someone perfectly bilingual — you'll switch from a call with a shutter manufacturer to a distributor in New York in the same afternoon.
This is a client-facing, hands-on role at a very early-stage company. We were 2 in December, 4 today, and we'll be 8 by September. You're joining early enough to shape how customer success works at Bravi — and to grow into a leadership role as the team scales.
## What You'll Actually Do
Own the full client lifecycle — from kickoff and onboarding through deployment, adoption, and renewal.
Deploy and configure Bravi's AI assistants for each client, adapting them to their products, workflows, and tone of voice.
Be the main point of contact for your clients — build trust, understand their business deeply, and become the person they call when they need something.
Monitor performance and proactively improve each client's setup — better call handling, higher lead capture, smarter routing.
Turn client feedback into product improvements by working closely with the founders and the product team.
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts — new use cases, new teams, new modules.
Help build the customer success playbook from scratch — the processes, templates, and standards that will scale as we grow.
## What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, consulting, or a client-facing role in a fast-moving environment.
- Perfectly bilingual in English and French — written and spoken. This is a hard requirement, since you'll work with both French and US clients.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — clients trust you quickly.
- Comfortable with technical products — you don't need to code, but you like understanding how things work and explaining them clearly.
- High ownership mentality — you anticipate client needs and solve problems before they escalate.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building things from scratch in an early-stage environment.
Bonus: you've worked in a SaaS or B2B startup; you've deployed or configured software for clients; you know the home services, construction, or industrial sectors; you're already using AI tools in your daily workflow.
## Why This Role
You're joining Bravi at the earliest possible stage. We were 2 in December, 4 today, 8 by September — and you'll help define how we serve and retain clients as we scale on both continents.
You'll be one of the first client-facing hires at a YC-backed startup with a founding team that has already built and exited a company. You'll own real accounts from day one, work directly with the founders, and have a clear path to grow into a leadership role as the customer success function expands.
You'll also have:

## Interview Process

3. Case study — A real client situation we're working on right now
4. Lunch with the team in Paris — Get to know us in person
