As our Project & Service Admin, you aren’t just pushing paper—you are managing the lifecycle
of technical projects. You will:

- Master the Zoho Suite: Daily management of Zoho Desk for service tickets and Zoho

- Detailed Documentation: Maintain obsessive levels of detail in project notes, hardware
inventories, and close-out reports.
- Adaptive Support: Handle incoming communications via Dialpad and jump between
independent tasks and collaborative team goals without missing a beat.
Requirements

excellence.
- Experience: 2–5 years in a project coordination or service admin role, preferably within
the low voltage or IT industry.
- Technical Familiarity: A solid understanding of Ubiquiti networking, access control
