Job Description

**The role
**You'll own growth end to end - and you'll ship it yourself, in code, using the same AI-agent workflow our customers use. Landing pages, growth loops, lifecycle emails, attribution, SEO infrastructure: if it drives signups or activation, it's yours to design, build, measure, and iterate.

We have paying customers, a validated enterprise price point, and a self-serve motion that's just getting started. Your job is to turn that into a compounding growth engine. You'll work directly with the founders and have unusual leverage: Lightsprint itself is your build tool.

What you'll do

  • Own the funnel. Instrument it, understand it, and systematically improve every step from first touch to activated team - signups, onboarding, conversion to paid.
  • Ship growth experiments in code. Landing pages, interactive demos, referral loops, programmatic SEO, comparison pages - built fast, measured honestly, killed or scaled without ego.
  • Build the marketing site as a product. Own lightsprint.ai: performance, conversion, experimentation infrastructure, and the craft that makes it feel like the product it sells.
  • Run lifecycle and PLG motions. Onboarding emails, activation nudges, upgrade prompts, and the in-product moments that turn a curious PM into a paying team.
  • Make data the default. Set up analytics and attribution so every decision - paid, content, product-led - is grounded in what actually moves the numbers.

Requirements

  • You've driven growth at a PLG or developer-facing SaaS company - ideally early-stage, where you owned outcomes, not just channels. 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • You can build. Comfortable shipping production-quality web work (React/TypeScript, modern CSS) and fluent with AI build tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
  • Strong analytical instincts. You design clean experiments, know your way around analytics and attribution tooling, and can find the story in the data yourself.
  • Full-stack marketing judgment. You can write the headline, design the page, build it, and read the results and you know which of those matters most this week.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with programmatic SEO or content-led growth at scale.
  • Experience marketing to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with the AI coding / agent tooling landscape and its buyers.
  • Paid acquisition experience (LinkedIn, X, Google) with real budgets.
  • Past founder or 0-to-1 experience.
