This role
The Business Analyst is responsible for assisting an area by extracting and analyzing data, developing reports on performance measurement objectives and KPIs, using Business Intelligence and SQL tools, identifying opportunities for improvement, and generating insights that optimize efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
