Role Overview

We're hiring a Full stack Developer to own and deliver end-to-end features for our courtroom transcription platform. You'll be working across the stack on real-time audio playback, backend services, database design, to deliver beautiful UX for busy judges. You'll also help shape our design system and collaborate with a small team of elite builders shipping impactful features fast.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production-grade frontends using Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.
• Work with backend services written in Go and databases in Postgres.
• Collaborate closely with design and legal teams to ship end-to-end features.
• Take ownership of full features — from database schema design to React components.
• Uphold high standards with extensive unit tests, linters and end-to-end tests in both frontend and backend.
• Proactively suggest and prototype new ideas to improve the product.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working on production JavaScript/TypeScript codebases.

• Proven experience shipping complex UIs and building reusable React components.

• Familiarity with Go backend services and Postgres database design.

• Strong focus on reducing user pain and improving speed and accessibility.

  Bonus: Experience working with audio APIs and GraphQL.
