Job Description

Nori Robotics (YC S26) builds affordable humanoids whose intelligence scales with our fleet. We are looking for a proactive, highly organized person to work directly with our founders and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Scope

Own scheduling, coordination, administrative systems and follow-through. Protect the founders' time, track outstanding commitments and make sure important details get handled.

What you'll work on

• Founder support: Manage calendars, meetings, travel and meeting materials.

• Follow-through: Track action items, deadlines and requests; follow up and flag issues early.

• Company organization: Keep shared documents, records, contacts and internal processes up to date.

• Office operations: Coordinate supplies, equipment orders, deliveries, vendors, maintenance and visitors.

• Hiring and people operations: Schedule interviews, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, maintain confidential employee records, and support new-hire paperwork and workspace setup.

• HR coordination: Help administer time-off records and employee processes, answer routine questions, and coordinate payroll, benefits administration where applicable, and policy questions with our external providers and legal advisers.

• Administrative coordination: Organize invoices, receipts and expenses; work with our accounting, payroll and legal providers.

• Team logistics: Arrange events, customer visits and demos, and improve recurring processes.

Requirements

• Experience in executive support, administration, office management, operations or a similar coordination role.

• Strong organization and attention to detail, with a reliable system for tracking multiple priorities.

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.

• Good judgment and discretion with confidential information.

• Ability to clarify a loosely defined request and carry it through to completion.

• Comfortable with calendars, spreadsheets, shared documents and task-management tools.

• Willingness to handle routine administrative work and unexpected needs at an early-stage startup.

Nice to have

Experience supporting founders or a small team; HR or people-operations experience; recruiting logistics, vendor coordination, purchasing or bookkeeping support; interest in robotics and familiarity with AI tools for administrative work.

This role is full-time and in-person in San Francisco. A specific degree is not required. We value judgment, initiative and consistent follow-through.

Compensation

Base salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience and scope of responsibility.
