Founding Enterprise Account Executive

About the Role

Join a fintech company building digital identity and onboarding infrastructure for businesses. As a founding enterprise sales hire, you will open new markets, win strategic customers, and help establish the company's sales approach across EMEA.

What You'll Do

• Build a market from the ground up and establish the foundations of an enterprise sales playbook.

• Own the full sales cycle, from self-sourced lead generation through closing and account expansion.

• Build and manage a pipeline of large enterprise prospects across EMEA.

• Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers, including technology, product, and engineering leaders.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex deals and support customer success.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of enterprise sales experience selling complex technical products.

• Experience selling to financial services or fintech organizations, such as banks, payment providers, insurers, or fintech companies.

• A record of closing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, preferably in European markets.

• Experience managing the full sales cycle independently, including self-sourcing pipeline without SDR or BDR support.

• Technical acumen and confidence building relationships with CTOs, CPOs, and engineering leaders.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams on complex deals.

• Fluent English; German or Dutch language skills are a plus.

Location

Remote across EMEA, with the primary location listed as Austria. Candidates should be able to work in an EU-compatible time zone.
