Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, Corporate Builds, you will lead high-impact, organization-wide initiatives focused on the implementation and optimization of Audio/Visual (A/V), Network, and on-prem IT technologies across a global office portfolio. As part of the Corporate Builds team, you will own program execution and delivery for the integration of these critical workplace technologies.
Your primary focus will be leading programs that enable the seamless and standardized deployment of A/V, network, and on-prem IT solutions across new offices, expansions, renovations, and existing workplace environments. You will partner closely with Workplace, Technology, Facilities, and business leaders to align cross-functional teams, establish priorities, and deliver measurable outcomes.
You will champion execution excellence by establishing clear plans, tracking progress against key metrics, proactively addressing blockers, managing risks and dependencies, and communicating effectively with leadership and stakeholders. This role requires a combination of technical understanding, strategic thinking, strong program management, and the ability to bring diverse teams together to achieve ambitious goals.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a regional leader for programs designed to maximize measurable value from A/V, Network, and on-prem IT investments across the workforce, ensuring alignment with broader strategic objectives.
- Define and manage technology plans in partnership with engineering, product, Workplace, Facilities, and business teams. Establish priorities, milestones, effort estimates, resource requirements, and delivery plans for complex, cross-functional programs.
- Lead end-to-end program execution, from initial requirements and planning through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational handoff.
- Drive execution excellence by rigorously tracking progress, identifying and resolving dependencies and roadblocks, managing risks, and providing clear and timely communication of program status, decisions, and outcomes to leadership.
- Develop a strong understanding of A/V, Network, and on-prem IT capabilities and technical implementations at an architectural level, enabling you to guide teams and ensure solutions meet robust, scalable, secure, and standardized requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand business and user needs, manage expectations, and ensure technology initiatives deliver meaningful and measurable benefits.
- Oversee the implementation of standardized A/V and/or corporate network solutions across new office builds, expansions, renovations, and other workplace initiatives.
- Provide basic technology markups on architectural drawings, ensuring appropriate placement and integration of IT infrastructure within physical spaces.
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to gather requirements, identify constraints, evaluate existing infrastructure, and determine implementation needs.
- Manage local third-party system integrators and external technology partners, overseeing their implementation activities and ensuring adherence to technical standards, project requirements, budgets, quality expectations, and timelines.
- Manage the IT components of office MACs (Moves, Adds, and Changes), including cabling, network infrastructure, A/V equipment, and related technology, while minimizing disruption to business operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Facilities, HR, Workplace, and IT, as well as external vendors, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of technology services for office MACs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation covering IT infrastructure, configurations, standards, deployment requirements, and procedures associated with office MACs and new technology deployments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IT security policies, standards, and procedures throughout office MAC activities and new technology implementations.
- Establish and track program metrics related to schedule, budget, quality, delivery, and business outcomes to measure program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and manage program and project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost-efficient technology solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and program leadership to project teams and stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve and standardize program management and technology implementation processes, helping create scalable approaches for future deployments.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Technical Program Manager or Senior Program Manager delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs, ideally within a large-scale enterprise environment with a global office footprint.
- Direct, practical experience with A/V systems, corporate networking (LAN/WAN), and on-prem IT infrastructure, including server rooms, wireless infrastructure, cabling, and related technologies.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand technical challenges, architecture, dependencies, and risks associated with IT infrastructure implementations.
- Experience managing external vendors, system integrators, contractors, or other technology implementation partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and influence technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and objective analysis to inform decisions and drive outcomes.
- A metrics-driven approach, with experience defining, measuring, and communicating program success.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and competing priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing on-prem IT infrastructure programs for large, distributed organizations.
- Experience supporting technology deployments within office construction, renovations, expansions, or corporate workplace environments.
- Strong understanding of network topologies, infrastructure architecture, and A/V control systems.
- Experience interpreting architectural drawings and coordinating technology requirements with Facilities, construction, or design teams.
- Advanced degree in a relevant technical field and/or industry certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CCNA, or CTS.
- Experience leading change management activities associated with technology adoption, deployments, and new system rollouts.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities, complex dependencies, and tight deadlines.
