The Team
Our team has been conducting AI research since 2014 — from CNNs to RNNs to transformers. We sit at the intersection of all three things this moment requires: the technical depth to build frontier AI, the clinical fluency to understand how healthcare actually works and to enter the room, and the ambition to own and direct $6T of healthcare spending to ensure Americans don't die.

The Role
We are looking for a high agency, high slope operator to run the non-engineering machinery. This is a job for someone who wants to invent new ways to run through walls nobody's run through before - you'll see the inner workings of an industry most people never get past the front desk of, and you'll build startup ops in real time as we go from 1 to 100.
