Job Description

About us

Bunnik Tours is a family-owned & people-first small group tours company, which has an established track record of delivering exceptional travel experiences to our customers for 30 years. We’re passionate about what we do and are continually striving to provide a better way for travellers to see the world. We do this, by providing small group tours to some of the world’s most exciting destinations, including Africa, Egypt & Middle East, Europe, Asia and South & Central America, amongst others!

With a strong focus on our team culture and customer-centric approach, we’re recognised for providing award-winning service, personalised care and travel expertise to our clients. We are now seeking an established Salesforce Administrator to partner with our department leaders across the business, to collaboratively drive the continued development of our CRM platform.

About the role

In this hands-on Salesforce Administrator role, you will be responsible for the configuration, daily administration, optimisation and ongoing maintenance of our Salesforce platform - across both Sales and Marketing Cloud. Working closely with department leaders across the business, you will play a key role in ensuring our CRM supports business growth, improves visibility and enhances the customer journey.

This is a brownfield environment, requiring someone who can confidently step in, assess current workflows and provide practical, improvement-focused solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Development and optimisation of dashboards and reporting across Sales & Marketing Cloud
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and customer touchpoints via CRM functionality
  • Identifying opportunities to increase sales performance through data insights
  • Collaborating with IT on system enhancements and integrations
  • Supporting digital transformation initiatives, including AI functionality within Salesforce
  • Providing user support, guidance and best practice recommendations

About you

The successful candidate will demonstrate established experience as a Salesforce Administrator within a dynamic, small business environment. A deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (particularly Sales & Marketing Cloud) & excellent problem-solving skills are essential in this role. You’ll be a strong communicator, able to develop relationships and collaborate with people across the business to understand each teams’ requirements, implement solutions and provide ongoing support. The successful candidate will also demonstrate project delivery experience, with the ability to effectively contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.

As a strong communicator, you will bring a collaborative mindset and the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders within Bunnik’s supportive, team-oriented environment. Furthermore, you will ideally demonstrate:

  • Salesforce certification and/or an accreditation as a Salesforce professional (essential)
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Strong reporting, dashboard development and data analysis capability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience within travel, SME or family-run business environments (advantageous, however not essential)

In addition to your technical expertise, you will value contributing to and upholding “The Bunnik Way” — our people-first, customer-centric approach.
