Diese Position ist in München, Deutschland angesiedelt. Die TULIP GmbH und München ist der europäische Hauptsitz von TULIP. Wir arbeiten in einem hybriden Arbeitsumfeld und sind an 3+ Tagen pro Woche im Büro.

Wir suchen nun einen Geschäftsführer (m/w/d) der TULIP GmbH & Vertriebsleiter für DACH. Sie verantworten das Wachstum der DACH-Region, führen das lokale Team und repräsentieren TULIP gegenüber Kunden, Partnern und Mitarbeitenden. Dabei haben Sie die Unterstützung eines globalen Unternehmens und echten Gestaltungsspielraum, wie wir in der DACH-Region gewinnen.

Wichtigste Erfahrungen & Fähigkeiten:

  • 10+ Jahre Erfahrung im Aufbau und Skalieren von B2B-SaaS-Geschäften im DACH-Markt
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Teamführung in Scale-up- und/oder Wachstumsphasen-Umgebungen mit globalem Bezug
  • Starkes Netzwerk und hohe Glaubwürdigkeit bei Einkäufern aus Fertigung und Industrie in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz
  • Nachweisliche Erfolgsbilanz beim Erreichen und Übertreffen von Umsatzzielen bei großen, komplexen Enterprise-Deals
  • Erfahrung mit erstklassigen GTM-Tools wie Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator oder vergleichbaren Tools zur disziplinierten Umsetzung von Forecasting, Reporting und Pipeline-Management
  • Herausragende Fähigkeiten im Vertrieb komplexer, hochwertiger B2B-SaaS-Lösungen in Fertigungsumgebungen sowie im Aufbau eines erfolgreichen Teams hierfür
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Wesentliche Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Leitung der TULIP GmbH als Geschäftsführer/in – Prägung von Unternehmenskultur, Betriebsabläufen und der Zusammenarbeit des lokalen Teams mit globalen Teams
  • Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Go-to-Market-Wachstumsstrategie für DACH, in Zusammenarbeit mit der Commercial Leadership
  • Erreichen der ARR-Wachstumsziele für das DACH-Geschäft über alle Branchenvertikalen hinweg
  • Identifikation, Qualifizierung und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten mit Kunden; Aufbau starker Beziehungen zu regionalen Partnern, Vertriebskanälen und Ökosystem-Akteuren
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Legal, Customer Success und weiteren Teams zur Steuerung der Deal-Abwicklung
  • Einstellung, Einarbeitung, Schulung und Mentoring neuer Vertriebsmitarbeitender für die Region im Zuge ihres Wachstums
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Vertriebsprozesse zur Unterstützung der regionalen Skalierung

The opportunity in DACH for TULIP

DACH is the heart of global manufacturing. Germany is Europe's largest industrial economy and the birthplace of Industrie 4.0. Switzerland is a global centre for pharma, life sciences and precision manufacturing. Austria is a strong base in automotive, machinery, metals and semiconductors. The region is also home to many of the world's "Hidden Champions", mid-sized companies that lead global niche markets. Today, these companies face similar pressures: fewer skilled workers, rising quality and compliance demands, and the need to modernize existing plants without stopping production. TULIP gives their frontline teams an AI-native production system to meet those pressures and accelerate time-to-value. Local customers trust our product in regulated and high-precision environments.

We are now hiring a Managing Director (Geschäftsführer, m/w/d) of TULIP GmbH & Commercial Leader for DACH. You will own the DACH region's growth, lead the local team, and represent TULIP to customers, partners and employees. You will have the backing of a global company and real room to shape how we win in DACH. 

Key Experience & Skills: 

  • 10+ years of experience leading and scaling B2B SaaS businesses in the DACH market
  • Significant experience leading teams in scale-up and/or growth-stage, global environments
  • Strong network and credibility with manufacturing and industrial buyers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding quota targets of large, complex enterprise deals
  • Experience using first-class GTM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator or similar tools to execute disciplined forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management
  • Exceptional skills in selling complex, high-value B2B SaaS solutions into manufacturing environments and building a successful team to do the same
  • Native or Fluent in German and Fluent in English to full business proficiency

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the TULIP Gmbh as its Managing Director, setting the tone for culture, operations, and how the local team works with global teams
  • Own and execute the DACH go-to-market growth strategy, in partnership with Commercial Leadership
  • Achieve ARR growth objectives for the DACH business across verticals
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities with customers; build strong relationships with regional partners, channels, and ecosystem players
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Legal, Customer Success and other groups to drive deal execution
  • Hire, onboard, train, and mentor new DACH sales team members as the region grows
  • Continuously improve sales processes to support regional scale
