Sales Finance Operations Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated finance professional to join our Sales Finance team. In this high-impact role, you will drive operational excellence across the Sales Finance function by doing two things: (1) owning process improvements and automation initiatives that scale our team's impact, and (2) providing hands-on operational support during peak periods—especially quarter-end close. You're both a strategic problem-solver and a reliable operator who can jump in when the business needs you.

You will own the future state—identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements, automation initiatives, and workflow optimizations that build repeatable systems, reduce manual work, improve data quality, and enable the team to do more with greater predictability and operational rigor. As a key member of the Finance Team, you will work to provide executives with data-driven guidance and actionable recommendations. You'll collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, and Legal teams to track revenue impact and ensure cross-functional integration with the broader business.
