Job Description
Loop helps merchants build customer confidence and increase their profit through better post-purchase experiences. Our platform makes that possible, and the quality of that platform shapes how quickly, reliably, and confidently our engineers can deliver.
We’re hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to help us make that foundation simpler, safer, and easier to use.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with influence over our technical direction. You’ll build infrastructure, improve delivery workflows, investigate production behavior, and help other engineers operate more independently. You’ll also help shape how Engineers and AI agents work effectively within our engineering environment.
We’re looking for someone we can trust with an outcome: someone who asks good questions, develops a point of view, brings others along, and follows through.
Our environment includes AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, Datadog, Linux, and PHP/Laravel, alongside data and workflow systems. You don’t need prior experience with every tool.
