Job Summary:
A Remote Invoice Processing Specialist is responsible for accurately receiving, reviewing, and processing invoices while working from a remote environment. This role ensures timely and accurate payment processing, maintains financial records, and supports the accounts payable team. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with accounting systems are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and validate invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.

• Enter invoice data into accounting or ERP systems accurately and in a timely manner.

• Match invoices with purchase orders, contracts, and receipts when applicable.

• Resolve discrepancies or errors by coordinating with vendors, internal teams, or management.

• Maintain accurate electronic records of invoices, payments, and related documentation.

• Prepare reports on invoice status, payment schedules, and outstanding balances.

• Assist with month-end closing activities and reconciliations.

• Follow company policies, internal controls, and data security standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

• Good organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple invoices and deadlines.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Education and Experience:
