What You'll Do
We are looking for a Product Management Intern to join the Fortnite Engagement Team driving strategy and insight for Battle Royale, Reload, and other shooter game modes. As part of Fortnite's Engagement Product Management team, you will improve the efficiency of how product management operates at Fortnite scale, while providing engagement insights to development teams and executive leadership.
In this role, you will
- Improve the efficiency of core PM workflows such as recurring engagement reporting, cohort anomaly detection, CCU projections, and a comprehensive Fortnite product context knowledge base for LLM use
- Partner with product managers, analytics, and development teams to identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and insight quality
- Deliver engagement product analysis and strategic recommendations for Battle Royale, Reload, and other shooter modes, working across disciplines to answer the team's highest-priority product questions
- Present findings and recommendations directly to senior product and business leadership
What we're looking for
- Current MBA student with prior experience in product management, strategy, analytics, consulting, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience applying AI/LLM tools to real workflows and enthusiasm for pushing what's possible
- Strong analytical skills; comfort working with large datasets to develop insights and defensible projections (SQL a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear narratives for executive audiences
- Self-starter who can drive initiatives with minimal supervision and manage competing priorities in a fast-moving live-service environment
- Structured problem solver who systematically questions assumptions and probes data integrity before trusting conclusions
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders
- A passion for games - especially shooter and battle royale genres and curiosity about what drives player engagement
