Job Description
At NestifyTech Solutions, We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Manager to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and growth. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our product or service.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage customer relationships post-sale through renewal.
Onboard new clients and ensure successful adoption.
Monitor customer health and usage metrics; proactively address issues.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Sales.
Act as the voice of the customer to internal teams.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk).
Experience in SaaS, B2B, or tech environments preferred.
