In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideal for visual storytellers who excel at both the technical and creative aspects of video production and have a passion for clear, effective communication in written and verbal forms.

Scope of Work:

1. Produce, edit, and deliver high-quality video content according to project specifications and creative briefs.
2. Review and analyze video footage for narrative coherence, visual appeal, and technical accuracy.
3. Provide actionable feedback on video assets to support AI model training and evaluation.
4. Document video production processes, workflows, and best practices using clear written communication.
5. Collaborate virtually with project stakeholders to align on content objectives and creative direction.
6. Curate or source video materials that exemplify various genres, production techniques, and storytelling approaches.
7. Contribute subject matter expertise in video production to inform data labeling, annotation, and system improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Extensive experience in all stages of video production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
2. Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
3. Demonstrated ability to provide clear, concise written and verbal feedback on creative projects.
4. Strong visual storytelling skills, with a portfolio showcasing diverse video content.
5. Familiarity with different video formats, codecs, and distribution platforms.
6. Experience in remote collaboration and virtual project environments.
7. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving production challenges.
