Job Description

About Gojiberry AI

Gojiberry is a YC-backed AI sales platform that helps B2B teams find, qualify, and contact their next customers.

We’re building AI sales agents that continuously look for the right prospects, detect buying signals, enrich contacts, and launch personalized outreach across LinkedIn and email.

Instead of asking sales teams to manually build lists, research accounts, switch between tools, and write every message themselves, Gojiberry handles the repetitive work of outbound: finding prospects, researching accounts, and reaching out; so sales teams can focus on selling.

Our agents can combine ICP targeting, intent signals, enrichment, CRM data, and multichannel outreach to help sales teams focus on the opportunities most likely to matter right now.

We’ve grown to thousands of paying customers and several million dollars in ARR with a small team, and we’re now investing heavily in making Gojiberry the default AI sales agent for growing B2B teams.

About the Role

We’re hiring our first Customer Growth Manager to own the success of our team customers after they close.

Your job is to make sure every team using Gojiberry gets real results, adopts the product deeply, stays with us, and grows over time.

You’ll work directly with the founders and have a lot of freedom to build the Customer Growth function from scratch: onboarding, account segmentation, success playbooks, health scoring, adoption, churn prevention, expansion, and customer feedback loops.

We’re looking for someone who has already done this before and wants to build the playbook, not just follow one.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the post-sales relationship for our team customers, typically companies with 2+ users
  • Run onboarding and make sure every new team reaches value as quickly as possible
  • Understand each customer’s goals, workflow and GTM motion, then help them configure Gojiberry around it
  • Proactively identify customers who are underusing the product or not getting results and intervene before they churn
  • Drive adoption of new workflows, features and use cases across customer teams
  • Identify expansion opportunities when customers can get more value from additional seats, senders, credits or workflows
  • Build the processes we don’t have yet: segmentation, health scores, onboarding playbooks, success milestones, lifecycle touchpoints and reporting
  • Turn customer conversations and usage data into clear feedback for Product
  • Work closely with Sales to make sure the handoff from closed deal → successful customer is excellent
  • Help us define what world-class Customer Growth should look like at Gojiberry

Who You Are

  • You have 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Growth, Account Management or a similar post-sales role in B2B SaaS
  • You’ve worked in a startup or scale-up environment where you had to build things yourself
  • You have already managed customers end-to-end: onboarding, adoption, retention and expansion
  • You are extremely proactive, you don’t wait for customers to complain before acting
  • You’re comfortable using product data and customer signals to prioritize where to spend your time
  • You can speak with both founders and sales teams and quickly understand how their business works
  • You communicate clearly, move fast and take ownership
  • You’re comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy creating structure where little exists
  • You’re fluent in English

Extra points if you’ve worked in sales tech, MarTech, PLG, AI or another product used daily by revenue teams.

Why Gojiberry

You’ll join at a stage where the company already has strong traction, but the Customer Growth function is still early.

That means you won’t inherit a rigid system.

You’ll get to build it.

You’ll work directly with the founders, have real ownership over retention and expansion, and help shape both the product and the way we serve larger customers.

We move fast, keep the team lean, and give people a lot of responsibility from day one.
