Job Description

Valuation in the modern era is driven by data intelligence, spatial analytics, and market insight. We are seeking a Valuer or Rural Land Professional—ranging from a data-curious entry-level candidate to an experienced Certified Practising Valuer (CPV)—who brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for technology.

You will work within one of our largest and most diverse regional territories. Your day-to-day will involve delivering valuation and advisory services across agricultural land, government acquisitions, corporate/ASX-listed portfolio assets, commercial holdings, and court matters.

For the right individual, this role includes a clear, defined path to equity and partnership in the local business—a genuine opportunity to build long-term personal wealth.

What We Offer

Competitive Base + Package: $65,000 to $150,000 (commensurate with experience) + superannuation + company vehicle + phone.

Equity Path: Strong employer preference to transition the successful candidate into a local business partner.

Modern Tech Stack: Access to cutting-edge property datasets, spatial mapping tools, automated workflows

Flexible Location & Lifestyle: Nominal bases in Dubbo or Orange, with training centered in Dubbo. Flexible working arrangements available across the Central West or Upper Hunter Valley.

Key Responsibilities

Valuation & Advisory Reports: Prepare accurate, data-backed reports for mortgage, compensation, advisory, and court proceedings (commensurate with qualification level).

Technology & Workflow Optimization: Utilize modern digital toolsets and templates to streamline reporting workflows and asset modeling.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with local landholders, banks, corporate clients, and legal advisors.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

Data & Digital Literacy: Aptitude for computer work, navigating datasets, sales databases, spatial mapping (GIS), and market metrics.

Software Proficiency: Advanced skill in MS Excel and MS Office for financial/property modeling, data synthesis, and report production.

Analytical Mindset: High technical curiosity with an ability to apply logical problem-solving to complex property matters.

Education: Minimum Diploma-level qualification. Entry-level candidates must demonstrate a commitment to obtaining CPV status (support provided). Senior applicants should hold a current Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification.

Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with or capability to quickly learn NSW property transaction and legislative frameworks.

General: Valid Australian Driver’s Licence, Australian Citizenship, and high standards of client confidentiality.
