At CEEZER, we are architecting the infrastructure for enterprise-grade Climate Performance Asset management, transforming how the world's largest companies source and manage carbon credits, Energy Attribution Certificates (EAC), and Sustainable Aviation Fuel certificates (SAFc).

THE ROLE

Our platform gives the world’s most ambitious enterprises the data-driven precision, real-time monitoring, and framework-compliant reporting required to confidently deploy capital toward high-impact Climate Performance Asset portfolios and true, measurable climate action.

Tasks

YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly alongside our CEO; a sharp, structured operator who turns ambiguous, company-level problems into clear decisions and shipped outcomes, and who creates the clarity and cadence a fast-scaling team needs to execute.

• Partner directly with the CEO to develop company strategy and translate it into clear priorities, and own the operating cadence that keeps the leadership team aligned and accountable.
• Drive the highest-priority cross-functional initiatives end to end, from framing the problem to landing the outcome, especially where no single team owns them yet.
• Structure ambiguous, company-level questions into sharp analysis and clear recommendations that shape executive and board decisions.
• Own board meetings, investor updates, and leadership offsites, turning complex inputs into decision-ready materials.
• Build the operating rhythms such as goal-setting, reporting, and business reviews that let a fast-scaling team execute without losing focus.
• Act as a trusted proxy for the CEO across internal and external meetings, representing their priorities and following through on decisions.
• Support special projects across strategy, operations, and fundraising, contributing to business priorities.

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• 2+ years in top-tier management consulting, or a comparable strategy, investment, or high-growth startup background.
• A track record of owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems and driving them to a measurable outcome with limited direction.
• Strong structured problem-solving, with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and the ability to turn messy data into a clear recommendation.
• Sharp written and verbal communication that earns trust with senior leaders, investors, and cross-functional teams.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment, switching fluidly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
• A valid working permit in Germany.
