Founding Engineer

As a founding engineer at Docura, you’ll own major parts of the product from day one. You’ll work directly with the founder and our customers to build new products from zero to one, make important technical decisions, and help shape how we build as the company grows.

What you’ll do

• Build new products and workflows from zero to one
• Own major parts of the product and the technical decisions behind them
• Work directly with customers to understand their problems and turn them into products
• Make architectural decisions that will shape Docura as we scale
• Ship quickly, debug issues, and solve problems across the entire stack
• Help define Docura’s engineering culture

What we’re looking for

• A strong full-stack engineer who can solve difficult, ambiguous problems
• Strong technical judgment and critical thinking about architecture and product decisions
• Willingness to challenge decisions and push for a better approach
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining the quality and reliability our customers depend on
• Comfortable working directly with customers and taking ownership of their problems
