This role is responsible for ensuring reliability is designed, demonstrated, and continuously improved across the full product lifecycle. You will drive data-informed decisions that reduce risk, eliminate surprises at launch, and ensure field performance matches expectations—directly protecting member trust and enabling WHOOP to scale with confidence.
