That’s why we're building Alexandria, the world's largest library of real-world business workflow datasets.

Over the next 6 months, build our we'll acquire and anonymize 300+ full data ecosystems from real-world companies. This will allow us to

• become the leader of real business workflow data
• be in the best position to launch our own data research lab in early 2027, enabling new services that help companies around the world automate their workflows with AI

🎯 Your role

Reporting directly to Grégoire (CPO/COO & co-founder), you'll play a central role in executing and scaling our operations. You'll have significant freedom to act and real room to bring your own ideas, initiatives, and solutions.

You'll be in charge of:

• Building and scaling our data sourcing pipeline : managing it end to end, from acquisition to delivery, and tackling the core challenges of scaling and automating it.
• Driving our data projects : owning timelines, quality, and operational efficiency across client deliverables, and coordinating the people involved.
• Improving our processes & automating : turning repetitive, manual work into reliable, automated workflows, and proposing concrete optimizations.
• Working closely with the founders on strategic and operational topics.

👀 What we're looking for

You have 6+ years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or a fast-paced startup environment and you're looking to take real ownership in an early-stage company.

🛠️ Hard skills

None is a strict requirement, but we want someone who works AI-first, using AI as a daily leverage to build, automate, and move faster:

• Automation mindset - you instinctively spot repetitive work and turn it into reliable, automated pipelines.
• Building with AI - you use LLMs and AI tools to automate workflows, draft solutions, and solve problems end to end, not just to chat.
• Coding / scripting - you can write or vibe-code to automate tasks, glue systems together, and ship internal tools; or you're hungry to learn fast.
• AI literacy - genuine interest in and understanding of where the field is going (agents, RL, data).
• Fluent English - mandatory (working language with our partners and the labs).
