Job Description
What you would do.
• Own the full sales cycle — prospect, qualify, demo, pilot, navigate RFP/procurement, and close net-new police, sheriff, and city/county IT deals.
• Tell a killer ROI story — quantify time saved per report, OT reductions, and stronger case quality from AI drafting/redaction.
• Forecast like a pro — maintain a crisp 30/60/90 in Pipedrive, self-source pipeline, and beat quota.
• Feed Product & Marketing — bring back field objections, DA policy needs, and RMS/CAD integration notes to shape roadmap and messaging.
What you bring.
• Start-up grit & bias for action — build playbooks, travel for demos/tradeshows, close; that’s all.
• Consistent outperformance — $1M + new-logo quotas with largely self-sourced pipeline.
• Access — chiefs/command staff, records/IT, procurement, and DA offices.
• Public-sector fluency — CJIS, chain of custody, InfoSec, grants, budget cycles, RFPs.
Nice to have: 5+ years selling into public safety/GovTech — RMS/CAD, digital evidence, justice SaaS, or adjacent.
