Senior Growth Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a data-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to manage and scale our paid acquisition efforts across core channels to drive efficient, high-quality customer growth for Greenlight. This role will be responsible for optimizing CAC/LTV, advancing bidding and automation strategies, and building scalable performance marketing systems that accelerate both growth and efficiency.  You should have hands-on experience managing, planning, launching and optimizing customer acquisition programs on performance marketing channels to drive sustainable growth at scale.

This role reports to the Director, Growth Marketing.
