About the Role:


At Aircall, people are our most valuable asset. As our Sr. HRBP, you will serve as the strategic HR partner for our entire US employee population, based out of our Seattle office. This is a broad, cross-functional role spanning all business functions — not limited to a single team or vertical — and you will work in close collaboration with our global HRBP team to deliver a consistent, high-impact people experience.


You will be responsible for evolving and delivering Aircall's core HR practices and contributing at a hands-on level to cultivate an open, dynamic, and high-growth culture.
