About Hera

Hera is the AI-native creative canvas. You generate images, design and animate on one canvas. You direct multiple AI agents at the same time and stay in control with editable layers.

You never have to leave the board. Drop in a reference, brief an agent and push the idea further without breaking your flow. Every generation comes as editable layers, like any design file.

With Hera you can play with AI: generate many results, compare them, iterate and edit what you like.

Over 1.2 million people have signed up for Hera to make launch videos, explainers, ads and social posts.

The founders: Peter Tribelhorn (CEO) built YouTube channels with 50B+ views. Chia-Lun Wu (CTO) was one of the first developers at Vyond and built their video editor, which 20,000 businesses use today.

About the Role

You'll create really good content with Hera every week (2 to 3 pieces) and push the limits of what AI can design. We use your work to show our users what they can create with Hera.

The work will be very diverse. You won't always follow the same workflow, and you won't always do the same thing. One week it's a set of static ads, the next it's a launch video or something nobody has made with AI before.

That's why we're looking for a generalist who can create very different things and has good judgment in general. The role includes:

• Come up with your own ideas and take on what the team needs
• Create static and motion ads with Hera for our own marketing
• Start every piece with good context: the brand kit, product shots and references from other top brands
• Test every new model and feature first and see how far you can take it
• Keep your boards well organized, with sections and notes for the prompts, so we can see how you got each result
• Turn your best work into tutorials, use-case pages and emails
• Be our toughest user: tell us where the results aren't good enough yet, so we can make Hera better

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You have great judgment. You see what's off in a design right away, and you can say why and fix it
• You know the rules of design. You understand layout, typography, color, and hierarchy really well
• You have work you're proud of. Could be from an agency, an in-house team, or your own projects
• You have a growth mindset. We're small today, but building something huge. To grow the company, each of us needs to grow personally
• We hire for slope. Anywhere from 0 to 6 years of experience is fine. What matters is how fast you get better

You're NOT a Good Fit If:

• You need someone to tell you what to create
• You need weeks to finish one piece
• You lack curiosity or the hunger to learn
• You think AI is just hype
