Role Overview

We are looking for a Microsoft Copilot Cowork Specialist to support upcoming enterprise AI and automation projects.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot solutions and relevant certifications, with a strong understanding of AI-powered workplace productivity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Copilot solutions.
• Configure and optimize AI-powered workflows and business processes.
• Assist with Copilot integrations across Microsoft 365 environments.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Troubleshoot and improve Copilot functionality and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Relevant Microsoft Copilot certifications (mandatory; Copilot Cowork qualification preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of AI agents, workflow automation, and enterprise AI solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph and enterprise integrations.
• Previous experience delivering enterprise AI or automation projects.
